 It is with delight and honor that we write this testimonial about our home-building experience with David Zeff as our contractor. Zeff, owner of Prana Construction, is a craftsman and a man of integrity. Never in the several months that we worked together on the project did we have reason to doubt a single thing he said to us. Other contractors told us that for the money we were able to spend, we could build only a rather simple house with no frills. David told us we could have our wrap-around porch, have our tower with the winding staircase and the window seat on top. And it all happened. David was at the site virtually every day, overseeing foundations, pounding nails, bending oak in the perfect curves for our millwork. His attention to detail was astonishing. Together with his brother, Eric, and a small crew, he made sure every cornice and every wall were up to his demanding expectations. David let us know in plenty of time when we had to have, say, the appliances or the cabinet knobs purchased. Each time we arrived unexpected, he was gracious, seemed happy to see us and always had a few things to show us. We would recommend David Zeff and Prana Construction to anyone who wants to remove most of the headaches from a home-building or home-remodeling experience – and to get it done within budget.
