We continue a strong relationship with our clients long after the job is completed with six month and annual contacts to confirm satisfaction. We make sure our customers are satisfied by providing accurate pricing, realistic designs and a genuine desire to be the best remodeling contractor to be found. Company History

David Zeff grew up in the building industry. David's step-father was a partner in a custom home building company in Northern California. While in High school, David earned money after school working for the maintenance crew learning many different skills and worked with the custom home building crew during summers through high school and college. David's aptitude for the building trade came naturally and he was quickly given many opportunities and responsibility within the companies he worked for during is his early twenties. After earning a Bachelor degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz, David continued to work for the same custom home building company in Northern California until he relocated to Boulder, Colorado and shortly thereafter started Prãna Construction, Inc. 1995. With a growing number of satisfied clients, the company continued to grow and Prãna Construction, Inc. expanded its services to include all types of residential remodeling. Hundreds of projects and satisfied clients later, Prãna Construction, Inc. has grown into a company that has a long history of providing superb design, quality construction, personal service and great value to its clients.

About Our Name

When it was time to think of a name for our company I tried to come up with a name that represented the some of the ideals that I base my life and business on. I am from a Christian/Hindu background, so I played around with different Hindu names mostly because the Sanskrit language feels very creative, noble, and new to the Western world, and that is how I wanted our company to be - innovative, honorable, and original. Prãna is the Sanskrit word for "breath," Prana stands for the life force, a primordial energy, and it is involved in physical, mental and spiritual health and strength.
